Alongside direct management, Mashwrks has played a key role in the growth and operations of JDZ Media, a YouTube platform with over 500k subscribers and one of the most influential outlets in UK rap and grime. Our work spans channel strategy, content direction, audience development and release planning, giving us a proven understanding of what it takes to sustain attention at scale.
We also consult with labels on how to manage and develop their own rosters more effectively. This includes advising on campaign structure, content rollouts and digital positioning for artists such as Jaykae, Flyboyz, nineteen97 and Dapz on the Map, as well as supporting emerging talent like Kashino.
